How It All Started

The CHORD Framework was created from over 20 years of experience in both the tactical and strategic sides of change management. It was built to close the gap between how change is planned and how it is experienced. Drawing from disciplines like organizational development, behavioral science, and design thinking, CHORD helps leaders move beyond managing change to creating environments where people understand it, believe in it, and sustain it. It is a model designed for real-world transformation that balances structure with empathy, clarity with collaboration, and strategy with human connection.
